What is the Will-Call Club? The Will-Call Club is a discreet membership that fills empty seats for theater, concerts, dance performance, sporting events and other events around the city. Seat-filling is commonly known as "papering the house."

Why can't I see the current offers before I join? As a discreet seat-filling service we do not provide a list of current or past offers to non-members as per our agreement with the venues.

Terms & Conditions

Annual Membership:  Choose which membership works for you. All tickets are complimentary with a $5 reservation fee. Please note that the membership must be renewed every year and will be subjected to approval. 

Here at the Will-Call Club, we hold our members to a high standard. We expect our members to act with kindness, consideration, and utmost respect for all Box Office personnel and Will-Call Club staff.  Memberships are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR MEMBERSHIPS AND RESERVTATION FEES.

Will-Call Club Membership will be TERMINATED if a member violates any of these Rules.


Please remember that the reservation fee you pay is used to keep the Will-Call Club operating. The tickets are complimentary; you are not “buying tickets." These are complimentary tickets that have been generously made available to us by our sponsors.

  • Discretion is key to the success of the Will-Call Club. We don't want to hinder the show's ability to sell full-priced tickets. Never mention that you received free or complimentary tickets to any show that you attend. This includes at the theater, on any public social media site, or anywhere in general.

 

  • The offers are for Will-Call Club members only. Please do not email, tweet or forward specific offers to your friends. Tell your friend to join.

 

  • At shows where tickets are to be picked up at the box office, seating location is always at the box office's discretion. Never contact or approach the box office requesting changes to seat location.

 

  • Selling your tickets is strictly prohibited and will subject membership to immediate expulsion from the club.

 

  • Members who reserve tickets must attend the performance. Do not allow others to use your membership to make reservations.

Collecting Tickets


Tickets for Off-Broadway shows are typically redeemed at the box office beginning an hour prior to the start of the performance. Please check your order confirmation for the exact location. You should receive it within minutes of making a reservation. It would be helpful to present this confirmation to the box office.

Most Broadway shows are distributed away from the venue, NOT THE BOX OFFICE. The location of the pick up will be located on the order confirmation. Never go to the box office for Broadway shows, unless directed by our instructions! Failure to find this location does not permit excuse for nonattendance and will be subjected to cancelation of membership without refund.


Please arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes prior to curtain. The Box Office reserves the right to cancel any reservation that is not picked up 30 minutes prior to curtain. In the unlikely event that the Box Office is unable to honor the reservation please inform the Will-Call Club immediately. Please be kind and considerate to all Box Office and Venue Staff. If there is a problem, leave the theater and email Reservations@willcallclub.com. We will handle the situation.

 

Please add reservations@willcallclub.com to your safe senders and contact lists so they will land in your inbox. Please check your spam folder first for all Order Confirmation Emails before requesting a new one to be sent. Failure to read all content in emails sent by the Will-Call Club is a violation of membership agreement.

No shows hurt our club! If you must cancel a reservation we must be notified six hours prior to the start of the performance for Off-Broadway shows, and four hours before curtain for Broadway shows. Please make absolutely certain that ALL the tickets reserved under your membership for the show are used. Not using all the tickets you reserve will hurt our ability to obtain complimentary tickets in the future. Each show DEPENDS on us to fill the seats that are reserved. Email reservations@willcallclub.com or call 508-627-2490 if you or anyone in your party cannot attend. Members are responsible for making sure that their guests attend. If you have flaky friends, don't invite them! Failure to use all tickets may result in the cancelation of membership, without refund.
